A viscous fluid substance that fills imperfectly flat and smooth surfaces between components. This compound, with its greater thermal conductivity than air, effectively improves component heat dissipation. It produces no reaction force that could cause board bending or damage to the chip. It is screen-printable and can be automated with a dispensing process.
Phase change thermal conductive pad
By utilizing the low-temperature thixotropy of the material, it transforms from a solid state into a liquid-like state, which can fill the pores and gaps of electronic components, completing the heat transfer between the heating and cooling parts. It is non-sticky, does not overflow, does not dry out, is non-volatile, is easy to rework, and has excellent long-term stability.
High voltage insulation thermal conductive material
